Session Information: Our counselling sessions are conducted in Hindi, English, Gujarati, Tamil, Kannada, and Urdu languages. We kindly request all clients to maintain professional and polite behaviour with our relationship counsellors throughout the session.

Important Disclaimer: For those in need of more intensive care and daily support or If you or someone you know is experiencing at-risk behaviors or safety concerns, or any other life-threatening extreme-case issues or critical mental health situation, contact a helpline or go to the nearest hospital or extreme-case support room. Age Requirement: Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. For teenagers below 18 years of age, parental or guardian consent is required before booking a session.
