Trauma Informed Counseling Psychologist & Relationship Counselor
About
I am a trauma-informed Counselling Psychologist with over 5 years of clinical experience working with adolescents and adults on emotional, relational, and sexual health concerns. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and have specialized training in sexual health and intimacy concerns. My areas of expertise include vaginismus therapy, sexual anxiety, intimacy difficulties, desire discrepancies, orgasm-related concerns, and the psychological aspects of sexuality such as shame, performance anxiety, and trauma-related sexual difficulties. I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, REBT, Gottman Method, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care, along with body awareness, psychoeducation, and relational therapy. My work also focuses on trauma, attachment issues, relationship challenges, stress, low self- esteem, and psychosomatic symptoms that often intersect with sexual wellbeing. I support individuals and couples in improving communication, rebuilding trust, and developing healthier relationships with their bodies, sexuality, and partners. My therapeutic style is empathetic, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive, creating a safe space for clients to explore personal and intimate concerns
